First of all, you'll need a Zoom account, so you'll have to sign up if you haven't already got one.


In Outlook, go to the File Menu:


Then click the Manage Add-ins option



This will open Outlook in a web browser and bring up the following window. In the search bar type in 'Zoom'



Select the 'Zoom for Outlook' Option:



That will bring up the following window and you need to click 'Add'



Then you can go back to your Outlook App on the computer and when you open the calendar and click to create an entry the option to select a Zoom meeting is available:



When you click on it, it will take you to a window to sign into Zoom as per below:
