Option 1 Voice mailbox –> To Change your mailbox busy greeting, press 2
To change your mailbox no answer greeting, press 3
& From the main menu
Option 3 Greetings menu -> To Record your name, press 1
Everyone needs to do this so that all of our phone’s greetings are updated to the person using that phone. We have may phones with old employee messages that are no longer working for us.
If your phone has the incorrect name on it, please let me know so that I can update the system with the correct name.
