WINDOWS 10 


From the Start Menu type in Control Panel: 



Open Control Panel


Select View Printers and Devices



On the PS-Printer, right click and select Printer Properties:



Select Preference:



Select Advanced:



Change the Paper size from Letterhead to A4


 

Then click OK > Apply > OK


Click the Device Settings tab and change the Tray1 paper settings from Letter to A4:

Click Apply and OK.

 

You will have to remake the document and then print it.


WINDOWS 11 


Click Start, Settings, Bluetooth and Devices, Printers and Scanners, Select the PS-Printer,  preferences, advanced, change the paper size to A4.  




 





Change the paper size to A4.  



Click ok.
