LOGGING INTO INFO HUB FOR THE FIRST TIME

1. Open this link in Chrome or Edge: https://tmcapartners.sharepoint.com/sites/toyota



Please note there is a chance it will try to log you in with your Mike Carney Toyota email account, you will get a screen like: 



Click this link to get to the below sign in page: 



2. At the Microsoft sign-in screen, enter [email protected] then click Next

(First and last names must match Network Central. If your name contains a space, this needs to be changed in Network Central.)



3. If you see this screen, enter your TUNE username and password, then click Sign-in.


(If you’re already logged into a single sign-on application, you won’t see this screen.)



4. If your Dealership has not provided us with a static IP address, you’ll be prompted to register for MFA.


If your Dealership has provided us with a static IP address, you’ll be taken directly to the Info Hub.

REGISTER FOR MFA


1. Underneath Okta Verify, select Setup




2. Select the correct icon for your phone – Apple or Android



3. Download Okta Verify from your phone’s app store


4. Open the app and follow the prompts to add an account. Allow notifications and access to your camera.


5. Point your phone’s camera at the QR code displayed on your browser



6. Click Finish to complete device enrolment


Congratulations, you’re registered for MFA! You’ll use this to verify your identify when you login to the Info Hub.

WHAT DETERMINES IF I NEED TO REGISTER FOR MFA?


• If your Dealership has provided us with a static IP address, MFA is not required when using Info Hub at the Dealership

• If your Dealership has not provided us with a static IP address, MFA is required when using Info Hub at the Dealership

• MFA is always required when using Info Hub offsite

TROUBLE ACCESSING INFO HUB?

To use Info Hub, you must have the Info Hub security groups added to your profile in Network Central.


If you can’t get into Info Hub, please check with your Dealership’s Delegated Administrator to confirm you’ve been added to the correct security group.
