Email Signature:

Click the File menu at the top left-hand corner of Outlook:

Click Options at the bottom left hand of the screen:

In the Options window select the Mail tab then click on the ‘Signatures…’ button:

If you don’t have a signature already then click the New button:

Type a name for the signature and click OK

Copy the below template into the ‘Edit signature’, ensure to put your details including, Name, Job title, Phone number and email address using the same font, font size and colour and spacing below:

Ensure you set that signature for ‘New messages’ and ‘Replies/forwards’ options in the Choose default signature section of that window:
