First close all instances of Toyota Source and then clear the cache, below are the instructions for Chrome, Firefox and Edge:

Then click the Clear Data Button.

You can try to just click the ‘Clear Data…’ option first and if that doesn’t work then click the ‘Manage Data…’ option which will open another window:

You can select ‘Remove All’ or search for the Toyota Source site and highlight that one and click ‘Remove Selected’
