First close all instances of Toyota Source and then clear the cache, below are the instructions for Chrome, Firefox and Edge:
Chrome:
Click the menu icon (three vertical dots) in the top right-hand corner of the browser and select Settings:
Scroll down to the ‘Privacy and security’ section
Select ‘Clear browsing data’
You have the option of clearing the browser data for the following time frame:
If the last 24 Hours doesn’t work then try again with the last 7 days.
Then click the Clear Data Button.
Then use this link to sign in again:

Firefox:
Click on the menu icon (three vertical lines) in the top left-hand corner, select ‘Settings’
Then select ‘Privacy and Security’:
Scroll down to ‘Cookies and Site Data’
You can try to just click the ‘Clear Data…’ option first and if that doesn’t work then click the ‘Manage Data…’ option which will open another window:
You can select ‘Remove All’ or search for the Toyota Source site and highlight that one and click ‘Remove Selected’
Then use this link to open Toyota Source again: https://sso.tmca.com.au/my.policy
Microsoft Edge:
Click the menu icon (three horizontal dots) in the top right-hand corner and select settings:
Go to the ‘Privacy, search, and services’ tab on the left-hand side:
Scroll down to ‘Clear browsing data’
You have two choices: you can select ‘Choose what to clear’ and then choose the time range and click ‘Clear now’
